Vata Pitta Kapha: Those things which work to increase and decrease the ‘tridosha’ of Vata, Pitta, Kapha in the body according to Ayurveda, these three doshas affect the movement of the body. It becomes unhealthy due to the wrong routine and wrong eating habits.
There is a detailed explanation of ‘Tridosha Siddhanta’ in Ayurveda. Vata, Pitta, Kapha are the three doshas of the body. These doshas have an effect on the body. Therefore, according to these doshas, the diet also needs to be taken care of. Accordingly, doctors also advise abstaining. Vata and Pitta Kapha are the two states. What we call balance and asymmetry.
Equilibrium (neither less, no more, balanced, natural, prakrit) and vishama (inferior, excessive, contaminated, spoiled, unbalanced, distorted). Diseases are caused due to imbalance of Vata, Pitta, Kapha. To make an unhealthy body healthy again, the balance of the three doshas has to be brought into the body.
